Encouraging students’ creative and personal development by building their confidence, resilience, independence, and problem‑solving skills. Planning and delivering engaging Music lessons that spark curiosity, inspire experimentation, and develop technical and visual communication skills. Using strong, subject‑specific vocabulary to help pupils discuss, analyse, and understand techniques, processes, and concepts. Assessing pupils’ progress through practical work and reflective elements, offering constructive feedback to help them refine their skills and thinking.
