What does the Merchant Cover Manager involve?
* Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty!
* Managing the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate!
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Supporting key sales initiatives and strategies to achieve branch KPIs, promoting innovation and forward-thinking approaches.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30, and every other Saturday, 08:00 - 12:00.
