The Role We’re looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support our neighbourhoods and Head Office as we continue to grow. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll: Support managers with employee relations and people challenges Take ownership of ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, performance, grievances) Manage recruitment and improve hiring quality Help streamline HR and payroll processes Build strong relationships across the business Be visible on-site and proactive in spotting issues early You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, improving processes and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.
