We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within a Nursery. This role is essential for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and clients.
The Cleaner will work as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
* Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure all areas are kept in pristine condition.
* Provide exceptional service while interacting with clients and staff during cleaning tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
* DBS check
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Physically fit, with the capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or supplies.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
