Job Description
Policy and Public Affairs Officer

Responsibilities
* Research and draft policy briefings for staff and trustees
* Support the delivery of UK political campaigning
* Monitor UK parliamentary and political activities and keep the team informed of relevant developments and engagement opportunities
* Assist teams by proof reading and organising design and print of publications
The Successful Applicant
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as public policy, political science
* Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of the processes of the UK and devolved parliaments and UK civil service
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
