Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday.

As part of the Asda team, you'll support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
* Becoming a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
* Handling daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills; comfortable talking and listening to customers.
* Drive to succeed and make a positive impact.
