Job description
Working as the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of PWPs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological interventions and support to individuals within the community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing leadership, direction, and supervision to a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
* Fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to delivering excellence in mental health care.
* Conducting regular case reviews and supervision sessions to ensure the quality and effectiveness of psychological interventions delivered by the team.
* Offering guidance on complex cases and support PWPs in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
* Providing regular supervision and support to PWPs, addressing any challenges they may encounter and fostering a supportive and empowering working environment.
* Working collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for service users.
* Monitoring and evaluating the delivery of psychological services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for the PWP team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Qualified as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with recognised accreditation.
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within mental health services.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and external partners.
