We’re on the hunt for a Claims Handler, working part time 3 days a week, using your knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong and trusted client and customer relationships. What does the role involve?
This role is for you if you enjoy providing an end-to-end claims service and building client and Insurer relationships through first-class service across all classes of commercial and personal lines claims. Our Claims Handlers are skilled at reporting, chasing and advising customers on their claims and liaising from the First Notification of Loss through to the settlement of claims.
Responsibilities
* liaise with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth claims experience
* protect the interests of client and insurer to achieve the best outcome
* assist in the recovery of our customers uninsured losses
* issue continental travel documentation
* filing and other administrative duties
* answer helpline calls received from clients
* assist the Account Executives and Directors with their broking duties as required, including visits to clients
