Job Title: BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER – Property Management

We are on the hunt for a (Junior) Block Property Manager to help support the management of a portfolio of residential developments across Hove and East Sussex, ensuring efficient operations, strong communication, and excellent client service.
The perfect candidate will have some experience and be on an upward trajectory in their career.
An independent property management company in the Hove area is seeking a Junior Block Property Manager to join their growing team. You will support the day-to-day management of residential blocks, working closely with senior managers while developing your skills and confidence in block management. Candidates with property management experience and some exposure to block management are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Assisting with the management of residential blocks across East Sussex
* Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
* Supporting with Section 20 notices and insurance claim processes
* Handling enquiries from residents and leaseholders
* Attending property inspections and preparing reports
* Assisting with AGMs and meetings with management committees
* Ensuring compliance with leases and relevant regulations
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

* Some experience in block management or property management
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
