As a Team Leader within Signals & Telecoms, you'll take charge of a skilled team responsible for keeping the railway safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same-offering both challenge and reward in equal measure.
What You'll Be Doing You'll inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team delivering essential signalling work across inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewals.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading from the front
- directing and organising team activities to ensure safe, efficient delivery Championing safety
- establishing and maintaining robust safe systems of work Driving quality and compliance
- ensuring all work meets required standards and your team remains fully competent Managing resources
- ensuring vehicles, tools, and equipment are safe and fit for purpose Reporting with purpose
