Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
* Lead and motivate a small kitchen team to maintain excellent food standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
* Assist with menu planning, stock control, and supplier management

✅ Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or contract catering environment
* Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* A passion for fresh, innovative food and a keen eye for detail
