A well-established and growing law firm in Swindon is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor to work on high-quality matters with a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial work, including:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
* Advising on commercial risk, regulatory issues, and compliance
* Supporting clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, and professional services
* Assisting with corporate transactions where required
* Providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice to key stakeholders
* Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years’ PQE in commercial law (PQE flexible for strong candidates)
* Solid experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts
* Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and the ability to manage client expectations
* A proactive, commercially focused mindset
NQ solicitors with strong commercial seats will also be considered.
