We are currently recruiting for 2 new team members to support a gentleman living independently in his own home in the village of Reiss close to Wick near a popular beach and golf course.
As well as support within the home, he enjoys being outdoors and exploring the area out and about in the community on foot, public transport and car. He participates in a wide range of activities including swimming, cycling, playing darts and pool, gardening and arts and crafts. He is also keen on cooking and baking and listening to music and spending time with family which is important to him.
He is looking for support workers who are driven, positive and outgoing with a good sense of humour. Experience/knowledge of learning disabilities
Due to the nature of the location and activities we are seeking someone who is a driver with access to their own vehicle.
To ensure support to have freedom to do the activities the shifts include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9.00am to 3.00pm and then on the last Monday of every month it would be 9.00am to 12.00pm and then 6.00pm to 9.00pmstart at 7am and finish at 9pm.
