Job Title: French, Dutch & English CAdvisor
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Location: Canary Wharf, London - Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri 7.30am - 4pm, Saturday 8am -1pm)
About the Role
We're working with a leading international food and healthcare brand to find a talented Multilingual Customer Service Advisor fluent in French, Dutch, and English to join a high-performing consumer care team based in London.
This is a people-first role where empathy, communication and cultural fluency are key. You'll use your French, Dutch, and English language skills to support consumers across the Benelux region, acting as the first point of contact for product enquiries, feedback and complaints, via phone, email, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound consumer queries across phone, email and social media
Provide product information, advice, and empathetic support to a wide range of consumers
Manage complaints professionally and effectively, following internal guidelines
Support proactive and reactive brand interactions on social media channels
Collaborate with internal quality teams to help improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English - written and spoken
Strong communication skills with a naturally empathetic and caring approach
Experience in customer care or call centre environments
Confident using IT systems (Google Suite, Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus)
A team player who takes initiative and ownership
Someone passionate about delivering a great customer experience
