Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Own and grow each client's presence in retail across premium retail, wholesale and grocery, driving revenue, distribution and rate-of-sale growth.
· Take full accountability for delivering monthly and quarterly KPIs, with clear ownership of forecasting, performance and corrective action.
· Lead expansion across premium and independent retail, building high-value accounts and strengthening HC Brands' client's presence across London and key wholesale partners.
· Develop and execute strategic plans for grocery growth, positioning HC Brands as a trusted long-term retail partner.
· Lead and manage the field sales team and function, ensuring activity, execution and reporting directly translate into commercial results.
· Act as the senior retail lead for clients, owning relationships, performance reviews and long-term growth planning.

£40,000 Basic Salary
