We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join a leading, independent brand design studio within a wider creative group. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, brand-led environments and is confident leading complex projects and mid-sized client relationships with clarity, consistency and momentum.
You’ll sit at the heart of client delivery – balancing strategic thinking, commercial awareness and operational excellence – while supporting senior leads and helping teams do their best work.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on and/or leading brand transformation projects, ideally within a brand-focused studio environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading delivery
* Owning the end-to-end delivery of medium-scale brand projects and mid-size client accounts
* Acting as the day-to-day senior client contact, setting expectations and building trust across multiple workstreams
* Keeping projects on track through strong planning, clear communication and confident decision-making
* Managing budgets, timelines, resourcing and commercial reporting
Shaping the work
* Developing project plans, proposals and client approaches in partnership with senior stakeholders
* Creating strong rhythms and ways of working across strategy, design and delivery teams
* Spotting emerging opportunities within client relationships and helping to shape strategic growth
Supporting the studio
* Working closely with Client Directors on larger accounts or high-value growth initiatives
* Supporting and mentoring more junior client services team members, setting the standard for quality and professionalism
* Contributing to studio pitches, credentials and new business activity where needed
About You
* At least 3 years’ experience in a client management or account leadership role within branding, design or creative consultancy
* Proven experience delivering brand transformation or large-scale brand projects
* Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a clear, structured way of thinking
* Confident juggling multiple projects in a studio environment
This is a 6 month full-time fixed-term contract with hybrid working (3 days per week in studio), ideal for someone looking to make an immediate impact within a high-performing brand design team.
