What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide our customers with the very best experience every time they visit your store
What you'll need
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
- Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation
