 
        
        Customer Resolutions Specialist (Part-Time)
Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, Miele GB is seeking a dedicated Customer Resolutions Specialist to join our Customer Service delivery team. The role ensures domestic customers receive top-tier service and support throughout their lifecycle with Miele products.
Key Responsibilities
 * Deliver Premium Customer Service: Engage customers via email and phone to provide exceptional after-sales service.
 * Complaint Handling: Investigate, address and resolve complaints promptly, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
 * Communication: Ensure strong, aligned communication between global Contact Centre, local team and field colleagues to provide seamless service.
 * Administrative Tasks: Manage service orders, sales orders and appliance needs accurately.
About You
You are passionate, proactive problem solver with experience in administration and customer service. You communicate professionally, build rapport, and are resilient and independent. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask effectively, and are IT literate.
Working Hours & Salary
Up to 30 hours per week, hours between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday–Friday. Full‑time salary of £27,000 (£13.84 per hour) plus evolving pay, bonus and benefits package. Initially office‑based with opportunity to work in a hybrid pattern.
