We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician with a passion for microbiology and food safety to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Required skills and experience:
* Knowledge of ISO17025 applicable to the nutrition and allergens laboratory
