Private Client Lawyer
The Opportunity
An established and well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a
Private Client Lawyer to join its growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Applications are welcomed from candidates with all levels of post-qualification experience, although those with approximately
3–8 years' experience in private client work are particularly encouraged to apply.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters (where applicable)
- Trust administration
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- General private client advice
You will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing an excellent standard of client care while helping to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner.
- Have experience managing a private client caseload independently.
- Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration.
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
- Be organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable:- STEP qualification or working towards STEP.
- Accredited Lifetime Lawyer status or similar professional accreditation.
