Our client is a respected law firm with a strong reputation across Devon and beyond. Their Wealth Management Team advises business owners, farmers, and high-net-worth clients on succession planning and estate matters.
They are now looking for a detail-focused lawyer to support existing clients and help the team grow further.
What You’ll Do
* Handle a varied caseload within the Tax, Trusts, and Succession team
* Manage the administration of complex and high-value estates
* Draft Wills, trusts, and related documents
* Advise clients on succession planning and inheritance tax
* Work closely with senior lawyers, supported by paralegals and administrators
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, and estate work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
* A client-first approach, with the ability to work calmly under pressure
