The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and supporting both staff and young people to thrive.
You will:
Provide tailored, person-centred care and daily support
Encourage positive routines, independence, and life skills
Lead shifts and support colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
Build meaningful relationships that promote trust and emotional wellbeingWhat's on Offer
£29,000 per year (plus sleep-in payments - we expect approx. 3 sleeps per month))
