RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent, well established company based in Bolton who are looking for an all around accounts administrator. This is a really excellent hands role, where you will be involved in accounts and administrative duties.
Duties include:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Matching and coding invoices
* Checking nominal codes
* Dealing with any supplier queries
* Supplier statements
* Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter
* Opening new customer accounts
* General administrative duties; answering the phone, filing and dealing with all queries
