Sales Manager Commercial VehiclesBristol £45,000 Basic Salary | Very Realistic OTE £65,000+ Full TimeWe are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a successful Commercial Vehicle sales operation in Bristol. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established dealership.Managing a team of 1 Transaction Manager and 6 Sales Executives, you will be responsible for driving performance across new and used commercial vehicle sales, ensuring targets are achieved while delivering an exceptional customer experience.The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, motivating and developing your team to maximise sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
