Account Manager - Digital Advertising - £38,000-£40,000 + Commission + Benefits
The Company
My client is a leading digital advertising business operating across premium finance, tech, corporate and lifestyle sectors. They run high-performing native and display campaigns across a large network of top-tier publishers, reaching hundreds of millions of users.
They are a global business with a strong presence in the UK and US, and work with both agencies and direct brands. With continued growth across EMEA, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their London team.
The Job
* Manage a portfolio of digital advertising campaigns from setup through to delivery, optimisation and reporting
* Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution
* Set up campaigns, gather creatives, implement pixels and monitor CPCs, CPAs, pacing and delivery
* Troubleshoot issues such as tag discrepancies, tracking problems and reporting queries
* Run weekly client calls, present performance insights and identify opportunities for renewals and upsells
* Juggle multiple client accounts at once, ensuring outstanding attention to detail and proactive communication
* Build strong relationships with both agency and brand clients across EMEA
You
* MUST HAVE - experience running native or display campaigns
* Around 2 years' digital marketing experience from an agency or ad platform
* Strong knowledge of analytics and verification tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IAS and DoubleVerify
* Extremely organised, structured and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of several moving parts at once
* Motivated, client-focused and confident working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams
