Job Title: Account Manager Location: Thame Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), Friday 8:30am - 1pm Benefits & Perks: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Early finish on Fridays Pension scheme Free parking on-siteResponsibilities: Act as the primary contact for key customer accounts, developing strong relationships and ensuring outstanding service. Input accurate customer order information into the computer system, managing Works Orders and Purchase Orders. Maintain up-to-date Works Order dates and Enquiry files. Create job packs for production, including Works Orders, drawings, and labels. Complete margin analysis for all customer orders and ensure fulfilment aligns with delivery dates. Accurately raise invoices and maintain comprehensive customer records. Uphold and enhance quality standards within the organisation. Manage incoming calls and general office administration tasks. Adhere to health and safety practises.Skills: Previous experience in account management or customer service within a manufacturing setting. Quick learner with multitasking abilities and adaptability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Desirable Skills: Familiarity with order management systems.
