We are seeking a Customer Data Insight Manager to join our Pan-EU Marketing Communication team, where you will play a vital role in transforming customer marketing data in into actionable insights by leading data analysis initiatives and providing clear overviews of challenges, opportunities, and performance metrics. We are looking for someone with experience in a Consumer/Customer Marketing Data focused role, with demonstrable ability to conduct in-depth analysis of customer data, uncovering trends and opportunities, and then crucially delivering insights and visualisations to non-technical partners, which will enable marketing communication and customer marketing activities to be data-driven and in-line with business goals. You will enjoy the freedom to try innovative approaches here, with a manager who will support and provide guidance when requested, and give you ownership for exciting projects. You will join a close-knit team, with lots of collaboration with your internal customers, and continue to develop your deep-dive analytics and business partnering skills. You will: Lead customer marketing data analysis Proactively deliver insights and drive internal customer understanding Drive customer data utilisation Perform visualisation and in-depth data analysis using BI tools Support and drive customer marketing KPIs You will bring: A passion for marketing data and online consumer journeys within B2C marketing. Expertise in working with eCommerce platforms, online stores, or communication systems. Hands-on experience in analysing large-scale customer data using SQL, Power query, and proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau. Familiarity with marketing technologies, including CDP, DMP, and marketing automation tools (web analytics). Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate to multicultural audiences. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
