The Role
We're looking for a driven
New Business Account Manager
to join our sales team. You'll focus on winning new logos across the UK SMB and Commercial market, then retain and grow those accounts over time. You'll be supported by a pre-sales team but expected to develop a strong baseline understanding of Cisco technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Hunt and secure new business across SMB and Commercial accounts in the UK.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to close.
* Retain and grow any accounts you win, building long-term trusted relationships.
* Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
* Position the full Cisco portfolio, with emphasis on Networking, Meraki, and Security.
* Work closely with Imatik's technical and pre-sales teams to scope and deliver solutions.
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and customer records in the CRM.
* Stay current on Cisco product updates, partner programs, and incentives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience selling within a
Cisco Partner
environment.
* Proven track record of achieving (and exceeding) revenue and margin targets.
* Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting and closing skills.
* Baseline technical understanding of Cisco Networking, Meraki, and Security.
* Ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive long-term account growth.
* Confident, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Base Salary: £32k
OTE £65k
Sales Target: £30k p/m
