Role: Independent Financial Adviser – Warm Client Bank
Location: Hybrid (Ipswich-based)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a long-established, independent financial planning firm, 50 years in the business, that’s looking to welcome a new Independent Financial Adviser into their growing team.
They’ve built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice, with strong ties in the corporate space and a solid, loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking an adviser to focus on private client advice, working with an established client bank and converting leads for inidvidual clients genertaed within meetings for corporate & EB advice.

Package Includes:
* Basic salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
* £5,000 car allowance
* Bonus structure – based on performance, KPIs, and business success
* 25 days holiday, plus 1 extra day per year (up to 5 years)
* Private medical insurance (Bupa) – employer pays the excess
* Group life assurance – 3x basic salary
* Income protection scheme
* Scottish Widows pension – 6% employer, 4% employee
* Study support – half study package paid and CII membership funded
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an IFA or Financial Planner and holding current SPS & CAS
* Level 4 Diploma qualified
* A team player with a client-first approach
* Personable, proactive and eager to build long-term relationships
* Looking to develop and potentially progress toward Chartered status
