Warehouse Shift Manager Location : Wednesbury Salary £32k This Warehouse shift manager will be responsible for managing the day -to -day warehouse operation, in the Wednesbury warehouses, working closely with all key stakeholders within the business. The role will come with a level of autonomy, as you`ll be the lead on-site Manager for the Wednesbury operations, including a growing Pick/Pack, E commerce Accessories Department. Key Responsibilities Manage a high paced, fast moving Pick/Pack E Commerce operation, in line with Company expectations. This forms a key part of the role as growth is expected to continue, therefor a strong background in a fast paced Pick/Pack E Commerce environment is essential. Daily management of core warehouse processes; ensuring all goods-in, goods-out, inventory replenishment and cycle count activity is carried out in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate the ability to create daily/weekly reports of budget set KPI performance vs targets. Demonstrate the ability to set and manage Smart objectives, across all parts of the operation. Maintain stock integrity and alignment within the Warehouse Management System, working closely with the Warehouse Systems & Inventory Manager and team. Focus on reducing product damage and errors within company requirement and produce reports to demonstrate underperformance and improvements. Driving shift performance and the performance of Warehouse Operatives, taking action to address any areas of poor performance. Essential qualities and behaviours we're looking for. Strong, fast paced, Pick/Pack, E Commerce background is essential. Good communicator who can positively engage with team members and relevant stakeholders. Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company. Must have good attention to detail and a passion to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
