HiQ Tyres & Autocare has an exciting new opportunity for a strong and very experienced Centre Manager to join the team in our Kings Lynn Centre. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm – half a day finish on a Saturday. Negotiable salary depending on skills and experience. What you will be doing as a Centre Manager: Leading and training the team to provide excellent customer service Dealing with Mobile Truck Tyre Technicians Ensuring the team is effective and productive Working with the team, peers, and store manager to improve the business Maximising profit and turnover Assist the sales manager with costs, margins and cash collection Planning to deliver KPIs and empowering the team to deliver Planning key merchandising activity in a timely manner and ensuring stock management routines are in place Building relationships with customers and local traders Proactive interactions with customers Supporting the store manager to ensure all store colleagues are adhering to health and safety policies and procedures To carry out administration duties as required within the store. To undertake any additional duties (within reason) for the efficient running of the Store. What you will need: Experience within the retail sector with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience Passionate about improving performance and sales, and delivering a high standard of customer service Able to build positive and effective professional relationships Experience within the Truck Tyre and agricultural sector essential Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
