Job Description
3. Full double‑entry bookkeeping
4. Sales ledger and purchase ledger management
5. Raising and posting sales invoices Credit control and debtor
6. chasing Bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
7. Processing supplier invoices and payments
8. Maintaining accurate accounting records
9. Supporting or completing month‑end close
10. VAT returns for both companies
11. Sales agent commission calculations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Level 3 Bookkeeper should have:
12. Level 3 bookkeeping qualification or equivalent.
13. Sage line 50
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Experience in financial administration within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
17. Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
