Front of House An exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new Front of House / Receptionist role at a forward-thinking, technology-driven investment firm. Based in stunning, modern offices, this role gives you the chance to shape the front-of-house function from the ground up and become a visible part of a collaborative, fast-growing team. THE ROLE: Acting as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting investors and guests Managing the reception inbox and handling enquiries professionally Setting up and preparing meeting rooms with high daily usage Organising taxis and coordinating transport Arranging catering for meetings and internal events Supporting with office events and team initiatives Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks This is a busy, high-visibility role working closely with the Executive Business Assistant and wider operations team. You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Service-driven and solutions-focused, you bring strong attention to detail, adaptability and a proactive, hands-on approach. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you take pride in delivering a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
