Our client is an exclusive and modern Mediterranean restaurant that has recently earned its first Michelin Star. It's a true celebration of seasonal Southern European cuisine, expertly prepared over open fire. With up to 120 covers and a spectacular wine list, they are now seeking a talented Senior Sommelier to lead a passionate wine team and elevate the guest experience even further alongside their Head Sommelier.
You must have previous experience in fine dining and a deep love for exceptional wine and service.

Responsibilities as the Senior Sommelier…
* Overseeing the wine service across the restaurant's bustling service
* Managing and mentoring a team of two Sommeliers while reporting to the Head Sommelier
* Guiding guests through an exceptional, hand-picked wine list designed to complement Southern European flavours
* Assisting in the management and development of the wine list
* Helping to curate wine pairings for exclusive seasonal dishes
