Job Title: Service Desk Analyst II (MacOS / JAMF Focus)
Location: London or Leeds, United Kingdom
Contract: 6-month Contract to Hire Position
Conversion Salary After Contract: Full-time (~£50,000-55,000 salary)
About the Role
Our client is a global sports technology company that operates across licensed sports merchandise, digital sports betting, and trading card collectibles for major professional leagues. Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide onsite IT support for employees, engineering teams, and executive leadership within a fast-paced technology environment.
This role focuses heavily on MacOS support, device management, and end-user troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and experience supporting users in a high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite technical support for internal employees and leadership
* Troubleshoot MacOS and Windows devices, including hardware and software issues
* Respond to support requests through Jira, Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems
* Configure laptops and devices for new hires and replacements
* Manage device lifecycle and asset inventory
* Support enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Zoom, VPN, and identity platforms
* Troubleshoot WiFi, conference room technology, and connectivity issues
* Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or infrastructure teams
* Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge base resources
Required Skills
* Strong MacOS enterprise support experience
* Experience with JAMF device management
* Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
* Hardware lifecycle and asset management experience
* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred Skills, NOT a must have
* Google Workspace administration
* Zoom enterprise support
* Okta or identity management platforms
* WiFi or networking troubleshooting
Experience Required
* 4+ years of IT support or Service Desk experience
* Experience supporting technical teams or fast-paced environments preferred
