Workday Change Manager (Contract)

We’re looking for a Workday Change Manager (Contractor) to support one of our clients on an exciting transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and understands how to drive user adoption during large-scale system change.
About the Role
As a Workday Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Workday across our client’s organisation. You’ll design and execute the change management strategy, develop communication and training plans, and act as the bridge between the project team and end users.
You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the transition to Workday is smooth, effective, and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver change management strategies for Workday implementation and optimisation projects.
* Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities.
* Support training design and delivery to promote adoption across the business.
* Assess change impact and develop mitigation plans.
* Collaborate with project managers, HR leaders, and functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
About You
* Proven experience as a Change Manager on Workday or other HR transformation programmes.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and digital adoption principles.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a contract/consulting environment.
