Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for planning, logistics, and operational excellence?
Looking for a hands-on role where you can have a direct impact on production efficiency and stock availability in a fast-paced FMCG environment?
Weβre seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our client's high-performing operations team, ensuring optimal material flow, zero stock-outs, and efficient production support across the site.
π What Youβll Be Doing:
β Stock & Inventory Management β Oversee and manage all raw materials, packaging, finished goods and merchandise on site
β Procurement β Place timely orders for materials in line with supplier lead-times to ensure uninterrupted production
β Inbound Planning β Coordinate incoming deliveries and liaise with suppliers to confirm dates and reduce risk of delays
β Scheduling β Develop efficient production plans and schedules, working closely with cross-functional teams
β Reporting β Generate data-driven reports covering plan vs. actual performance, supplier metrics, at-risk stock, and inventory costs
β CHEP & Logistics β Manage CHEP pallet movements and collaborate with customers on empty keg returns
β Stock Control β Conduct accurate stock-takes, improve rotation, and minimise waste through efficient utilisation
β Admin & Compliance β Raise purchase orders, carry out ad hoc administrative tasks, and support Directors as needed
π What Weβre Looking For:
π‘ Previous experience in supply chain planning, buying, or stock control β ideally in Food, Drink or FMCG
π‘ Confident managing fast-paced and seasonal demand challenges
π‘ Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and with external suppliers
π‘ Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
π‘ Warehouse or forklift experience desirable
π‘ CIPS Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential
