We're Enava — a family-run business with a big mission: helping companies across the UK recycle cardboard and paper responsibly while maximising rebates and driving sustainability. We already work with some of the UK's leading printers, distributors and retailers but we want to expand and work with more amazing businesses across the UK — and we need the right person to join our team.
The Role
This is your chance to step into a Sales & Business Development Role where you'll learn quickly, be supported by an experienced team and have a real impact. You'll be reaching out to new businesses, building relationships and showing organisations how they can turn their waste into revenue.
What We're Looking For
We don't expect years of experience — what matters most is your energy, drive, and willingness to learn. If you're bold, not afraid of picking up the phone, and eager to grow in the sustainability sector, we want to hear from you.
It would be great if you have:
* Experience in recycling/waste, or a degree in sustainability/environmental studies (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine interest in sustainability and the recycling industry
* Confidence with cold calling and building/approaching new contacts
* Experience building databases
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
* A quick-to-learn, proactive mindset
* Knowledge of using LinkedIn and other socials platforms for outreach and advertising (bonus)
* A full UK driving licence – you'll be out visiting customers. Car allowance and mileage will be considered, or a company car may be offered for the right candidate.
