Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate students' communication goals.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
* Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students' needs.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology license.
* CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
* Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
* Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
* Ability to manage a caseload of 40-60 students.
