Fixed‑term: one year with potential to become permanent. Salary: £31,249.68 – £33,812.88 per annum. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, mainly Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends for events.
The Green Estate CIC is an award‑winning social enterprise focused on green and resilient urban places. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to support our three‑year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns for our nature‑based solutions, including the Pictorial Meadows seed and turf range.
* Collaborate with our consultancy, Digital Communications & Marketing Assistant, and internal teams to produce print, video, social media and website content, ensuring consistency with our brand and technical accuracy.
* Support event documentation and promotion (e.g., Medieval Through the Ages at Sheffield Manor Lodge) and plan content that showcases our horticulture expertise.
Key Qualifications
* Proven B2B marketing experience with evidence of driving brand growth in a commercial or social enterprise setting.
* Experience working in SMEs or a clear understanding of the differing operational demands of small and medium‑sized organisations.
* Strong portfolio of published campaigns, including links to relevant work.
