We are currently recruiting for a well-established company looking to add a confident and capable Customer Service Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career potential and a supportive work environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments and delivering excellent service to contract customers.
Pay: £12.80/hour to start → increasing to £13.79/hour after 12 weeks (Annual equivalent: £28,682)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week, 30 mins lunch)
Some flexibility to start between 9:00–9:30am and finish up to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties
* Emailing contract customers with updates and delivery times
* Liaising closely with the warehouse regarding deliveries
* Warehouse admin and inventory support
* Front desk: answering phones, greeting visitors and contractors
* Raising invoices and handling invoice queries
* Using transport and warehouse management IT systems
Requirements:
* DBS check required
* Proof of 5 years’ work history
* Understanding of and compliance with:
o UK security regulations
o Work safety legislation and organisational procedures
* Must enjoy working with other people and support the culture of putting our people first.
* Ability to handle time-sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism
