What will I be doing?
Building the site's digital roadmap, including applications, systems, data, and technology projects aligned with the Safran Nacelles roadmap and Burnley's needs.
Collaborating with operational teams and the Continuous Improvement function to identify digital transformation priorities and incorporate them into the site’s improvement plan.
Deploying projects with proper technical configuration and change management to ensure effective digital transformation.
Ensuring accessible, accurate, and timely data for stakeholders to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Identifying gaps in the Safran Nacelles roadmap to meet site needs and testing pilot projects locally for potential wider deployment.
Acting as the digital referent for the site, leading engagement with the digital transformation team.
Managing project delivery using appropriate tools and methodologies, including:
- Specification, planning, and implementation of software and hardware
- Training operators and support staff with supporting documentation
- Supporting operational improvements during deployment
- Escalating risks related to safety or personnel
