Head of Revenue - Hotel Management Company | Hybrid Role
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus
We are working with a growing and highly regarded UK hotel management company with a diverse portfolio of branded properties across the country.
As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a commercially driven Head of Revenue to take ownership of the revenue strategy across multiple hotel contracts. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior leadership and property teams to drive performance, optimise pricing strategies, and maximise profitability across the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement the revenue strategy across a multi-property UK portfolio
* Drive RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance across both branded and independent hotels
* Partner with General Managers and commercial teams to deliver budget and forecast targets
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
* Support and develop on-site revenue and reservations teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior revenue role within multi-site hospitality
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Experience working with both branded and independent hotel models is highly desirable
* Confident influencing stakeholders across multiple locations
* Analytical, strategic, and hands-on in approach
