We are looking for a talented individual to join our Corporate Planning Team as a Planning and Improvement Manager reporting to the Head of Planning and Improvement.
You will work alongside leaders in the implementation of our new 3 year transformation plan. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds with a proven track record in strategy work/transformation or operations, whether from the public sector or consultancy background. Healthcare/NHS experience is a plus but not essential. You might already be in an operational / managerial role or looking to step into your first strategy position.
The role will support the planning and successful implementation of our new Interface Care Division which will transform how we delivery urgent care. The role will support driving transformation and improvement in how we deliver urgent care and seamlessly integrate primary and secondary care services. The role will develop strategy, support system-wide collaboration, and innovative care models e.g. establishing our FNC +Plus care model, a new virtual hospital, as well as implementing Electronic Triage at our front doors and establishing Rapid Assessment and Care (RAaC) units at our front doors.
This role will require someone to work independently across the organisation and with our leaders and teams to ensure all our strategies and implementation plans are aligned internally and within our System partners where applicable.
