Oracle Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite)

I am looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to support a global Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. This is a hands‑on delivery role responsible for managing day‑to‑day programme execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project controls across a complex ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation activities.
* Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
* Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
* Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks.
* Prepare steering committee materials, executive reports, and programme updates.
* Engage with senior stakeholders and provide delivery leadership across multiple workstreams.
* Facilitate challenging conversations, resolve blockers, and drive decision-making.
* Ensure alignment with established project delivery methodologies and governance standards.
Required Experience
* Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
* Proven end-to-end ERP project management experience across large-scale transformation programmes.
* Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, phases, and delivery methodologies.
* Experience managing project governance, programme reporting, and executive communications.
* Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.
