The team are currently seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the team.
Resolution Law is the claimant team within DWF and offers services for various types of accidents and injuries. The team handles Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases that have been set up directly by our File Inception team. The primary and immediate need for these cases is to quantify the level of personal injury and specialist damages, obtain evidence to support the claims and thereafter submit for final settlement.
The role is based in Liverpool and offers a hybrid working pattern.
Responsibilities
* Manage RTA and OIC Portal claims swiftly using Solcase and portal systems.
* Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately.
* Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets.
* Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly.
* Maximise efficiency, develop technical knowledge, and record disbursements and special damages.
* Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed.
