A opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a respected and successful main contractor with strong team who have an excellent strike rate.
About the Role
This position sits within a well-established main contractor operating across a wide range of project types including commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare environments, heritage schemes, leisure facilities, community buildings, residential developments, refurbishment works, fit-outs, and new-build construction. The business delivers projects up to £40m.
The successful candidate will join a strong pre-construction team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with 7 experienced Estimators in a collaborative and supportive environment. Hybrid working can be discussed
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator whether established or ready to step up who is looking for long-term career development and the opportunity to take ownership within a busy and reputable contractor.
What Were Looking For
5+ years estimating experience Strong main contracting background Experience working on projects such as commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, residential, refurbishment, fit-out or new-build schemes Personable, team-focused and confident working within a busy estimating department
