Working Hours:
1. Full-time or Part-time
2. Remote / work-from-home basis
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
4. Bonuses
5. Car allowance
6. On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
7. Fixed geographical area to work in
8. Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
11. Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
12. Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
13. Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
14. Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
15. Experience as a practising Surveyor
16. RICS Membership
17. VRS registered
18. Ability to provide excellent customer service
19. Technical expertise in Surveying
20. Ability to work in fast paced organisation
