We are looking to appoint a dedicated and driven Class Teacher with responsibility for Upper Key Stage 2. This role is ideal for a resilient and motivated individual with a deep-rooted appreciation for childhood, a comprehensive understanding of the primary curriculum, and a strong desire to nurture children as they grow into independent, highly motivated learners.
Key Stage 2 Leader (TLR 2a £3,391 per annum)
Additionally, we have a fantastic TLR opportunity for the right candidate — someone who is passionate about Key Stage 2 and committed to making a difference. In partnership with the Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in building and developing Key Stage 2. You’ll help implement and embed the KS2 vision, working with drive and enthusiasm to ensure the school’s long-term success.
As the KS2 Leader, you will lead the Key Stage 2 team, modelling effective methodology and practice to inspire high-quality education for all pupils. Your responsibilities will include overseeing effective assessment across Key Stage 2, including KS2 SATs, and ensuring continuity and progression through shared practice and focused classroom observations. You will foster a collaborative, supportive, and caring ethos within the KS2 team, mentoring staff and responding to their needs.
If you would like to be considered for both the TLR of KS2 Leader and the Class Teacher role, please include this in your application letter, outlining how your skills and experience qualify you for both positions.
