Arcus is recruiting a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Pocklington store on a fixed term basis. 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Current shift pattern:
* Sunday: 15:00 - 18:00
* Monday: Day Off
* Tuesday: 14:00 - 17:00
* Wednesday: 13:00 - 17:00
* Thursday: 13:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 14:00 - 17:00
* Saturday: 14:00 - 17:00
You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
Responsibilities
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsbury's stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:
* Operating machinery
* Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
* In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
* Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Arcus will support you through full training.
Qualifications
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
An eye for detail and cleanliness
A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
Note: You will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
